YOU love running and do it almost daily. You have your ups and downs. You’ve got a real life and want to be the best runner you can be without making sacrifices on the home or work fronts. You take your marathon training seriously as you want to do as well as you can, whether it’s to break 5 hours or shatter the 3-hour barrier. You are both intellectually and physically challenged by the marathon distance, reading all the magazines, training articles, and blog posts you can find in order to get better. You work hard at training, but you don’t boast about it…it’s just what you do. Seeing your friends succeed is equally as–if not more rewarding than–meeting your own goals. |
