This 24-week plan is perfect for the First Time Marathon Runner looking to start from ZERO and build up to their first Marathon.  Initial workouts are both easy to complete and understand; they will build your momentum and fitness as you slowly get ready for proper Marathon training.  From weekly intervals to tempo runs, every workout has a quality main set — even the long runs. By the time you reach race day you’ll have all of the work required to be ready to finish!
