This 24-week plan is perfect for the Intermediate Runner looking to do their second, third or fourth Marathon (you have experience!) this 12-week plan will get you 100% ready for race day.  You will start by building your fitness and speed for a Half Marathon before transitioning to proper Marathon training.  From weekly intervals to tempo runs, every workout has a quality main set — even the long runs. By the time you reach race day you’ll have all of the work required to be ready to finish!
